Born and raised in Memphis, Patti has a deep love for her hometown. Patti and Tim (Cutberth) attended the same middle and high schools and were reunited at a Class Reunion eleven years ago! Patti is a graduate of Union University where she earned a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Leadership. Always ready to help those around her, Patti’s background in medical case management and pharmaceutical sales were the building blocks to lead her to pursue real estate. The many neighborhoods, architecture and the “flavor” of Memphis are what she enjoys sharing with her clients. From the resurgence in downtown to the suburbs where she raised her children, Patti is familiar with how to find a “good fit” for her clients in the Memphis area. You can count on Patti to be genuine, reliable, organized, passionate and focused throughout the real estate process. You can be assured that Patti will be your advocate and work hard to keep you informed along the way. When not working, Patti can usually be found working on family trees, being a DNA detective, browsing antique stores, reading or taking her grandson on “adventures”.

Why joined real estate?
After a successful career in pharmaceutical sales and case management, I became a REALTOR® because it was a great way to marry my love of helping people and my business experience.

What drives you as a REALTOR®?
I love being a part of people’s stories….becoming a homeowner is a wonderful time in our lives and I enjoy the part I play in being a liaison for my clients to accomplish that goal.

Genealogy is one of my favorite hobbies–I would probably work on a branch in my family tree!
