Covid Protocol

To whom it may concern,

Based on the March 23rd, 2020 update from the Memphis Mayor’s Office, all essential businesses will remain open but must adhere to Social Distancing Requirements. Attached is the company protocol we will adhere to.

Per latest Essential list, Real Estate Services including us, is listed as an essential business. Captain & Co. Real Estate, LLC is a company that provides Real Estate service to our clients & customers in Memphis City and surrounding areas. We will remain open and we will continue to serve our clients/customers with their real estate needs.

Our clients and our Affiliate Brokers will follow the following company Protocol:

ALL CLIENTS WILL HAVE A SIGNED COPY OF THIS ON HAND.

SHOWINGS:

When possible, Virtual Showings will be encouraged.

• If possible, wear a mask (if available) or a bandana/cloth around the mouth.
• Clients encouraged to bring their own bandana/cloth or wear a mask.
• Clients to drive in separate cars than their Affiliate Broker.
• We will adhere to staying 6-feet away from all our clients & customers during our showings.
• We will carry disinfectant wipes, spray and paper towel and/or hand sanitizer, as available.
• If available, we will wear gloves at house visitations (new set of gloves at each house).
• If available, gloves will be provided to all clients/customers during showings.
• If available, booties will be worn at all occupied houses.
• Agents will open all doors and lights walk through the house first and will wait outside for the client to complete the tour after.
• Clients and customers are asked to perform silent tours through the house.
• All conversations regarding the house can be done outside of the house standing more than 6 feet away.

During Listing Appointments:

When possible, Virtual listing appointments will be encouraged.

• If possible, Affiliate Brokers will wear a mask (if available) or a bandana/cloth around the mouth.
• We will adhere to staying 6-feet away from all our clients & customers during our listing appointments.
• If available, we will carry disinfectant wipes, spray and paper towel and hand sanitizer.
• If available, we will wear gloves at house visitations (new set of gloves at each house).
If available, booties will be worn at all occupied houses.

During Inspections:

When possible both Buyer and the Affiliate Broker will remain at home. A virtual conference will be held after the inspection is complete with the Inspector, Buyer and Affiliate Broker. All Sellers will be asked to leave the premise for inspections and coordinated with the Listing Agent.

• If available, we will wear gloves at house visitations (new set of gloves at each house).
• If available, gloves will be provided to all clients/customers during showings.
