Ali Nawaz

Ali Nawaz has been living in Memphis for the past eight years. Originally from Pakistan, he made Memphis his home and got introduced to the real estate world after buying his first house. Ali has a master’s degree in Business Administration and Finance as well as a bachelor’s degree in Commerce. He is the co-owner of multiple retail businesses and a co-investor in residential and commercial real estate. His knowledge in customer service has provided him with much needed skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiation. He is committed to listening to his client’s needs and utilizing his negotiation and language skills to ensure a successful interaction. His diligence, communication and research skills make him a valuable asset for his clients as he is always looking out for their best interest. Ali is fluent in Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Khowar, English and understands Spanish at a basic level. 

As a homeowner, agent, and real estate investor, Ali has experience in both sides of the home buying and selling process. His prompt responsiveness, listening skills and problem solving developed through his years of experience in running businesses and managing employees. 

When he is not closing deals, he spends his leisure time with his lovely wife, reading books and playing soccer with friends. He has been a donor to St. Jude hospital for the last eight years.
