Jearica King, REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® serves the Memphis, TN area.
She is a Memphis native, but has resided a few other places. She recently moved back from Scottsdale, Arizona. In her free time Jearica enjoys traveling, horseback riding, water activities, reading, volunteering, yoga on the river, and shopping. She is very family oriented and part of a big family! Jearica strives for excellence, success, good morals and high values. Fun facts: She loves dogs and snakes. Has 6 siblings, and 13 nieces and nephews total. Lastly, Jearica is a part of a book club called Well-Read Black Girls.
Why did you join Real Estate?
I joined real estate because of the endless opportunities it offers. I am passionate about helping and working with others. I want everyone to find the home that they've always yearned for. I want selling a home for sellers to always be a breeze. That is why I am here. I will go above and beyond to accomplish this for buyers and sellers. One of my main goals is to help people invest in at least one property so they can earn income from real estate as well. Furthermore, I want to be able to educate people on all things about real estate, especially first time homeowners.
What drives you as a REALTOR-ASSOCIATE®?
Knowing that I have to put in the grit and grind to achieve my objectives is what motivates me each day. I earned the title, but I have to continue to produce positive results. The networking opportunities are countless. I can take my career as far as I want and this pushes me to be involved full-time as a REALTOR-ASSOCIATE®.
If you had 7 minutes to spare, how would you spend it?
Meditating. Meditation is my way of releasing, relaxing, and resetting my mind. Having a peace of mind is very important, as well as stopping to take a moment for yourself. Peace brings harmony. Self care helps you achieve a well-balanced lifestyle, and through meditation it is a natural healing mechanism.
Community Involvement:
I volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, Keystone Elementary, and Ronald McDonald House.
