Shirkonica Russell

Memphis real estate agent Shirkonica is originally from Jackson, TN. She moved to Memphis in 2006 to attend the University of Memphis, and received a Bachelor of Business Administration & Management in 2010. Shirkonica then took a little break, but later went back to obtain her Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources in 2014. After graduating, she pursued a career as an HR Generalist.

Shirkonica and her husband have two wonderful children, Asher and Aspen. She is a bit of a homebody, and loves spending time with her family, binge watching Netflix, and online shopping.

Why did you join Real Estate?

I love a challenge. I feel that being a real estate agent will be a challenging career, but also a very rewarding one. Homeownership is such an accomplishment, and I want to be a part of the process that helps people to reach that accomplishment.

What Drives you as a REALTOR®?

I am driven by the opportunity to be able to help people make what could be one of the biggest purchases of their lives.

If you had 7 minutes to spare, how would you spend it?

I would spend it with my family laughing, dancing, and just having a good time.
