Tiffany Matthews

Originally from Chicago, in 2014, Tiffany and her family relocated to Memphis, TN, as part of a job assignment she was working on – and to this day, she hasn’t looked back. 

Tiffany is an award-winning corporate communications professional with over a decade of experience working with global, yet familiar, brands such as ServiceMaster and McDonald’s Corporation – where she earned the McDonald’s Central Division Field Communications Award and Presidents’ Award, given to the company’s top 1% of strongest-performing talent.

From a college intern to Director of Communications, Tiffany says she’s grateful for those roles and all those in between. 

During those opportunities, she attributes learning the most about herself and acquiring life-lasting skills she can now apply toward other areas of interest.

In 2019, Tiffany said goodbye to the corporate world to pursue her entrepreneurial goals and fully dive into the real estate investment business she and her husband founded a few years prior. 

As a small business owner and investor, Tiffany gained hands-on experience in the home-buying and selling process; analyzing market data and performance; contracts and negotiations; strategic pricing; staging; and relationship-building. 

Now a full-time, VA-certified REALTOR®, Tiffany understands the importance of providing superior customer service and communication to her clients. 

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Writing & Producing Television from Columbia College and a Master of Science in Communications from Northwestern University. 

She enjoys gardening, interior design, traveling, and exploring the city in her spare time with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs (Kobe and Steele).

Why did you join Real Estate?

I have been passionate about real estate since I was a child. When I had an opportunity with my husband to start our real estate investment company, I dove right in!

What drives you as a REALTOR®?

Helping others achieve their real estate goals brings me joy. I strive to be an advocate, thought partner, and lifelong resource for my clients.

If you had 7 minutes to spare, how would you spend it?

I would pour into younger generations and help them to set an early and positive mindset around real estate and homeownership.
