On a whim, I stopped to check out an open house that I passed on my way home. That is where I met Fara. I was returning from a rental property that I had owned for a number of years. It had been a successful property but it was time to move on. During a casual conversation, I told Fara that I was having no luck selling the property; she asked if I would let her give it a try. Having just met her I was unsure what to expect. I was immediately impressed with Fara’s approach to the sale. She provided me with several contacts that could assist in making the property more marketable. Fara listed the property, showed it several times, contacted personal sources and several offers came in. She sent weekly detailed reports outlining her activities and progress. In less than one month the property was sold for a reasonable price. I’m glad I stopped at that open house and met Fara. I will be looking to purchase a new home in a few months; guess who my agent will be. That’s right: Fara Captain!
