Fara did a great job selling my investment property. It was a particularly difficult sell since it needed repairs and was in a tough neighborhood, but she did a great job marketing it and had us under contract with a solid offer (for more than I was expecting) quickly. What I really appreciated was her prompt and candid communication – a breath of fresh air.
