How to become a Real Estate Agent

Each state is a little bit different, but here are the basics:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be a US citizen.
• Have a high school diploma or the equivalent.
• Complete your required pre-license education.
• Pass your licensing exam.

Licensing

We currently have agents in Tennessee and Mississippi. In both states, we have a managing broker who is licensed and able to sponsor you.

We have a relationship with Perry Real Estate College, which is an online real estate school with courses for those who want to become a real estate agent.
