I am a homeowner and a real estate investor. I have bought and sold many homes and have worked with a lot of real estate agents, some good, some not so good. Austin is without a doubt the best realtor I have worked with. I needed to sell a home in Tennessee, and I live in Seattle. Austin did a detailed financial analysis of the market value of the home as well as projections of my return at sale which turned out to be spot on. As happens with real estate transactions, several glitches happened along the way. Austin took care of everything, going far beyond what has been typical in my experience with other realtors. He dealt with contractors to address inspection issues and even took on utility issues when there was a communication breakdown between the property management company and the utility companies. And along the way, kept me informed at every step. Austin was a consummate professional every step of the way.
